Mr/ _____________________________ (CLIENT) agrees to retain the services of AFB Trade & Services Inc., to advise him on his desire for immigration to Canada on the following terms:

 

  1. CLIENT shall truthfully supply all information required by AFB Trade & Services Inc., and Canadian immigration law.
  2. CLIENT shall pay to AFB Trade & Services Inc., 3000/4000/5000 US $ payable as follows:

 

 

(a)

US$ 500 At the time of this agreement.

 

(b)

US$ 1000/1500 when the file is ready to submit.

 

(c)

75% of the balance, when client receives a interview call or a request to, undergo a medical examination whichever is earlier.

 

(d)

Balance, when the client receives the medical papers.

 

Client undertakes to pay all AFB Trade & Services Inc., dues immediately on

the occurrence of the above events and understands that all fees are due to AFB Trade & Services Inc if client decides to abandon his intent to immigrate to Canada. Failure by client to inform AFB Trade & Services Inc of any correspondence with Canadian Immigration and any correspondence with out Canadian Services & Trade Inc., approval shall free AFB Trade & Services Inc., from all responsibilities under this agreement.

 

Client understands that in addition to the above, Government fees are payable in the form of a Bank draft in the favor of ‘ The Receiver General for Canada ‘ at applicable rates as determined by Canadian Government. In case the client does not qualify, the government processing fee will not be refunded. This fee is taken by the Government of Canada and is non-refundable. However, if the Right of Landing fee has already been paid, it will be refunded in full by the Embassy.

 

All amounts collected excepting, US$: 300/500 shall be refunded by AFB Trade &  Services Inc., in the event of CLIENT being informed in writing by the Canadian

or Quebec immigration offices that he will not qualify for immigration for reasons other than Medical, Security or Misrepresentation and Canadian Services & Trade Inc.,

 / Client have exhausted all alternatives and appeal procedures. However, these fees shall  be fully earned and due to AFB Trade & Services Inc., if CLIENT misrepresents any facts in contravention of paragraph I above and is declared unsuccessful for medical or security reasons.

 

This agreement includes Client’s spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21.

  1. It is clearly understood by both parties that immigration visas can only be granted by the Canadian government and the AFB Trade & Services Inc., is only offering consulting services.

 

CLIENT fully understands the above and agrees to keep this agreement confidential.
